Grilled Ham, Cheese, and Roasted Red Pepper Panini

 

2 Servings


  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 slices extra-lean deli ham
  • 2 slices reduced fat provolone cheese
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, drained and cut into strips
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Evenly disperse cheese, ham, the red pepper strips, and basil between the two sandwiches.

Spread the outside of sandwiches with the butter.

Grill sandwiches on a panini grill, in a saute pan, or on a griddle until toasted and crisp.
