Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 1 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon diced pimientos

Combine all ingredients in a small slow cooker. Cover and heat 30 to 60 minutes until hot. Serve with tortilla chips.
