Smoked Salmon Bagels

 

8 Servings


  • 1 8-ounce container whipped cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 ounces smoked salmon, finely diced
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 medium bagels (any flavor), cut in half lengthwise

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, salmon, green onions, dill weed, and lemon juice; mix well. Spread evenly over the cut side of each bagel half and serve immediately.


Note: If you'd like to lighten up the spread, use reduced-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
