Fruit Punch Sangria

 

8 Servings


  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium red delicious apple, chopped
  • 1 medium banana, ripe to slightly over-ripe, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
  • 1 750 ml bottle Pinot Noir wine
  • 1 cup light cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1½ cups diet lemon-lime soda

Stir fruit, wine, and cranberry juice into a large pitcher; cover and refrigerate 5 hours or overnight.

Just before serving, stir in diet soda. Pour over ice, dividing the fruit equally among the serving glasses.
